Anneli has a research background in nanophysics with emphasis on experimental studies of transport in nanostructures (PhD 2002, Lund University).

She is Administrative and Assistant Director of NanoLund. Within the management group of NanoLund, she has special responsibility for finance, grants, coordination and Lund Nano Lab. Anneli is member of the steering group of Myfab, the Swedish national infrastructure for micro and nanofabrication with Lund Nano Lab being one of the nodes: Myfab Lund. 

Anneli is also Assistant Head of the division of Solid State Physics, which has about 100 employees.
