On Thursday, the 20th of October 2022, at 10:15 Hossein Jeddi Department of Physics, Solid State Physics, will defend his licentiate thesis with the title "InP/InAsP Quantum Discs-in-Nanowire Array Photodetectors: Design, Fabrication and Optical performance". The seminar will take place in room Q179 (k-space), Dept. of Physics, Professorsgatan 1, Lund. The opponent appointed by the Faculty is Prof. Mattias Hammar, Dept. of Electrical Engineering, KTH, Stockholm and the examiner is Associate Professor Adam Burke, Solid State Physics, Lund University.
